Portal:
The DevelopMe Coaching Conversations portal helps your leaders learn the skill of conducting coaching conversations to help employees enhance their performance, prepare for advancement, and on-board successfully into new roles. The portal is designed around an intuitive framework which guides users through the site and provides access to content built on LHH's proven Results-Based Coaching Model.

The information is laid out in such a way that your managers and leaders can find key content on-demand, and can select, save, and print appropriate job aids for use in their coaching conversations. The recommended approach instructs users to utilize the online assessments in order to generate valuable feedback and recommendations to grow their own coaching competency.

The DevelopMe portals leverage their broad reach to communicate key information, such as details regarding virtual and in-person trainings, like schedules or required prework, which may be available to your managers via LHH's blended learning portfolios.


E-Learning:
Effective coaching practices and techniques are illustrated throughout the site and are the basis of interactive e-learning modules, which provide users with practical, actionable instruction for having effective coaching conversations.

  • We worked with a team of experienced instructional designers to translate our 30+ years of talent development experience into an online format that leverages interactivity and ease of use to deliver online content that achieves specified learning objectives. Our Coaching Conversations™ e-learning course delivers content via five 15-20 minute modules:
    • Results Based Coaching Model™ - Introduces the Results Based Coaching Model, giving managers a framework within which they can have effective conversations about issues related to individual and team performance.
    • Ask, Don't Tell™ - Defines the Ask, Don't Tell coaching practice, including what types of questions to ask as well as selecting ones appropriate for common coaching situations. This module also includes an interactive scenario in which individuals can check their knowledge of the Ask, Don't Tell coaching practice.
    • Reframe the Picture™ - Defines the Reframe the Picture coaching practice, including appropriate questions or sentences to use within a given coaching situation. This module also touches on preparing metaphors & analogies for use during coaching conversations, and it also includes an interactive scenario in which individuals can check their knowledge of the Reframe the Picture coaching practice.
    • Truth Talk™ - Defines the Truth Talk coaching practice, including being able to provide honest, forthright feedback by describing the behavior that you are addressing, and having specific examples that include impact on others. This module also includes an interactive scenario in which individuals can check their knowledge of the Truth Talk coaching practice.
    • Supplementary Coaching Practices – Defines the three supplementary coaching practices, Define the In-the-Moment Feedback™, Explore Possibilities™, and Create Partnerships™. This module includes applicable questions that may be asked during coaching conversations.

Webinars, Group Sessions, and Coaching:
While Lee Hecht Harrison has developed online talent development solutions to enable your organization to reach a broader audience in a cost-effective and scalable way, we continue to provide live trainings and coaching to our client organizations. In fact, our online solutions were specifically designed to be blended with our live delivery options. We can work with your team members in the following ways:

    • Webinars - To provide "bite-sized" training to an audience that is geographically dispersed or work virtually. These 90-minute to two hour sessions can be incorporated with pre- and post-work to enable the maximum interactivity is provided for in the session. We can also utilize the webinar format to hold Coaching Circles or Sustainability Sessions for the individuals who have attended a program already.
    • Group sessions - To provide in-depth coverage of LHH’s coaching solutions to a group of employees who are or can be located in one place for a half- or full-day session.
    • One-on-one coaching - To provide support to program participants after attending one of our programs. Typically utilized when a deeper dive into LHH's coaching solutions, or made available to your team members as a just-in-time resource.
