Peter Alcide Global Business Line Head, Lee Hecht Harrison, President and Chief Operating Officer

As President of Lee Hecht Harrison , Alcide leads LHH's global team including sales, strategy, service innovation and client service. Peter is responsible for driving LHH's aggressive growth and diversification plans. He has an extraordinary range of industry knowledge and skills to draw upon, particularly in the M&A arena, as he focuses on building LHH's industry leading Career Transition business line and spearheading the company's successful expansion in the Talent Solutions sector.
Peter joined Lee Hecht Harrison in 1994 and served as EVP, Chief Financial and Corporate Development Officer for LHH worldwide for 10 years. In 2004 he was tapped to serve as the Adecco North America Chief Financial Officer and then Chief of Staff. Returning to LHH in 2006, he currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Peter began his career with Ernst & Young, where he rose to the level of Manager. That was the first of several key executive positions, which included significant management and M&A experience.
Peter holds an MBA and BBA in accounting from Pace University , and is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in New York . Back.
Barbara T. Barra Executive Vice President - US Operations

As Executive Vice President for Lee Hecht Harrison's Field Sales & Operations, Barbara has overall accountability for the P&L performance of 80 offices in the United States. Barbara brings to this role over 19 years experience in the Career Transition/Leadership Consulting industry encompassing general management, sales and delivery. During that time, she has provided consulting services on a wide range of strategic organizational initiatives including restructuring, mergers/acquisitions/divestitures, reengineering and culture change.
After joining Lee Hecht Harrison in 1987 as a Senior Consultant, Barbara was appointed General Manager of one of the firm's New Jersey offices, followed by Managing Director of their flagship New York City location. Subsequently, she had responsibility for the Northeast Region. Most recently, she held the position as EVP for Lee Hecht Harrison's Career Transition Practice. Barbara's earlier career encompassed over 15 years in the pharmaceutical, chemical and retail industries in senior human resources roles.
Barbara has extensive public speaking experience and has been interviewed for print, television and radio regarding issues related to career management. She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from Cornell University. In addition, she is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Association of Career Professionals, and is certified by the Institute of Career Certification International.

Kevin Gagan Executive Vice President of Strategy & Practice Development

Kevin Gagan is Executive Vice President for Strategy & Practice Development at Lee Hecht Harrison — a subsidiary business of Adecco Group, the world's leading workforce solutions provider.
In his role, Kevin is responsible for creating Lee Hecht Harrison's business strategies and identifying sources of innovation and growth for the company. He oversees LHH's three practice areas - Career Management, Leadership Consulting and Workforce Solutions, with focus on developing the company's thought leadership, client service methodologies and delivery capabilities. He also manages LHH's strategic alliances.
In 20 years of management consulting experience, Kevin has advised numerous companies from a variety of industries on the subject of talent management and often consults for many large client engagements. He has significant experience in planning and managing large-scale projects, and recruiting, developing and retaining executive talent. He also represents LHH by speaking at industry events such as the 2006 World Business Forum.
Prior to joining LHH, Kevin advised organizations on large-scale leadership development and change management initiatives while running his own consulting practice. Previously, Kevin was an Associate Partner with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) specializing in Change Management and Human Performance solutions. Kevin was also a Director with Spencer Stuart, a global retained executive recruiting firm, where he advised companies on recruiting, managing and retaining key executive talent. Kevin earned a B.S. in Finance from Santa Clara University.

James Greenway Executive Vice President, Marketing & Sales Effectiveness

James Greenway, Executive Vice President, Marketing & Sales Effectiveness, has been a successful senior manager, entrepreneur, consultant and a seminar leader for more than two decades. At Lee Hecht Harrison, a subsidiary business of Adecco Group — the world's leading workforce solutions provider, Jim establishes sales objectives, oversees project development, and maintains prime client relationships.
Jim was previously employed with LHH from 1988 — 1995 as EVP of Global Sales and Project Services, during which time he acquired three firms, opened three new offices and built up the Western Region operations. During this earlier LHH tenure, Jim was also a member of the Company's Executive Committee and Advisory Council. He was also honored with three President's Awards.
In 1997, Jim joined Right Management Consultants to lend his expertise to the firm's goal of solving global workforce changes. There, he implemented creative, flexible and customized solutions —successfully developing several models for predicting and planning change events that will ensure the best value to customers. Jim was also instrumental in starting up the firm's Global Response Team, a worldwide group of 22 experts on solutions to complex workforce changes.
Jim graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor of science degree. He also holds a master's degree from the University of Southern California.
Jim is also an active community service leader, and his efforts have been recognized by the Bar Association's "Liberty Bell" award and the Jaycee's "Three Outstanding Young Men" Award. Back.
Karine Storm Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

As Executive Vice President of Finance, Karine Storm is responsible for directing and overseeing the company's overall financial activities and plays a vital role in identifying opportunities for increased profitability and ensuring that the firm's strategies are delivering their expected results. She has an international background and expertise in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions. Karine joined Lee Hecht Harrison as a member of the company's Executive Management Team in June 2006.
Over the past 13 years, Karine has held various positions and responsibilities within the Adecco Group in Europe and in the United States. Most recently she was the SVP of Business Analysis, Strategy and M&A for Adecco Staffing North America. Prior to that she spent close to three years with the Ajilon Worldwide Professional Staffing and Managed Services division of Adecco as SVP-Division Controller, after being promoted from her position as Director of Planning and M&A for Adecco Management and Consulting (Global Headquarter of Adecco).
She is originally from Switzerland and is fluent in several languages that include French and English and conversational skills in German and Italian. Karine holds an MBA degree, with a specialization in Finance from New York University, Leonard Stern School of Business and a graduate license in Economics from the University of Lausanne (HEC), Switzerland.

Ranjit de Sousa EMEA, Executive Vice President

Ranjit de Sousa is responsible for the EMEA operations of Lee Hecht Harrison, one of the global divisions of the Adecco Group. He is a member of the Lee Hecht Harrison Executive Team.
Ranjit, based in Zurich, has worked in global business development, strategy and M&A for the Adecco Group and Lee Hecht Harrison in Zurich, Paris (2006-2007) and New York (2008-2009) while at the same time leading several key sales and account management teams for some of the division's largest clients.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, he worked as partner and strategy consultant at Ziel Consulting, a boutique M&A and growth strategy firm based in Zurich, driving the company's growth during its start up phase. His career began in 2001 at Monitor Group, gathering working experience as strategy consultant with a focus on market entry and growth topics in different Continental European countries.
Ranjit holds an M.A. (lic. rer. publ. HSG) in economics, law and political science from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and studied at the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Études Internationales in Geneva (HEI). Between 2002 and 2005, he also was an assistant lecturer for Swiss public and private law at the University of St. Gallen.

Bruce Anderson Asia Pacific, Managing Director

Bruce Anderson is responsible for all aspects of Lee Hecht Harrison's business in Australia and also represents the Asia Pacific Region on the Lee Hecht Harrison Global Executive Team.
Bruce has a unique history of success as a senior executive and leader in complex operational, customer service, marketing, sales, and stakeholder management roles within three distinct sectors; health, financial services and infrastructure with "blue chip" corporations. These include Transurban, Bendigo Bank and AXA Asia Pacific over a period of more than 20 years during which time he successfully led significant transformation initiatives. The hallmark of success in these transformation roles was Bruce's leadership of people through change to closely identify and meet the needs of customers whilst achieving the required financial outcomes.
Bruce's early career also extends into the establishment of a successful consulting business whilst his original vocation was as a secondary school teacher.
Bruce is very active in the broader community as the Chairman of the Daffyd Lewis Scholarship Trust, Board Member of Kildonan UnitingCare, an active member Anglesea Surf Lifesaving Club and the Uniting Church of Australia.
Bruce holds a B.Ed, an MBA, plus a Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, is a Fellow of Leadership Victoria and the AICD.

Waseem Razzaq Executive Vice President, IT

Waseem Razzaq is responsible for developing and executing the technology strategy roadmap for Lee Hecht Harrison - locally in North America and globally across the Lee Hecht Harrison footprint. He is also a member of the Lee Hecht Harrison Executive Team.
Waseem has been operating in the HR/recruitment sector for 10 years with a number of IT roles culminating in the IT Director within Spring Group. While at Spring, Waseem executed strategic initiatives, which resulted in the technology within Spring being recognized by the 'Innovative use of Technology' award. Waseem was the IT Executive responsible for leading the complex integration following the merger and acquisition between Adecco UK&I, Spring Group plc and MPS Group.
After obtaining a Degree in Computer Science and a Masters in Human Computer systems at the De Montfort University in Leicester UK, Waseem started his career working in various IT roles within blue chip organizations including The Woolwich (Barclays Bank) and Caterpillar. He then moved to the CRT Group where he delivered a number of strategic projects in training and consultancy.

Pierre Beretti is CEO of Altedia and he's a member of Lee Hecht Harrison Executive Team.
Altedia is a part of Lee Hecht Harrison, the worldwide HR business line of Adecco Group and is the leader of HR consulting in France, with 750 employees and more than 60 offices in France. Pierre leads the company and manages to provide high level of global solution and services in different fields: consultancy for HR policies and restructuring plan, career transition, compensation and benefits, change management and leadership consulting.
Prior to join Altedia, Pierre mainly served as VP HR in international companies such as Thales and Alcatel-Lucent. He supported those companies in their transformation in many regions such as LATAM, India, EMEA and managed with efficiency mergers and acquisitions, restructuring plans in mature markets, massive recruitment in emerging countries, Executive staffing and change management. He makes HR a real business Partner supporting transformation into « agiles » organizations and managing human capital to be always adapted to the business needs. He also is a famous expert to lead complex social processes with unions, which is in France and Europe a key competency. He published a book on this item "l'entreprise partagée: une pratique différente des relations sociales.
Pierre holds a diploma from Essec Management School. He is very active in the HR community teaching at « Sciences Po Paris » and Reims University and he is member of HR Professional associations.
