Woodcliff Lake, NJ (July 15, 2008) – Lee Hecht Harrison, a leading talent management solutions company announced today that Sue Brodecky has been appointed as Senior Vice President and Regional Managing Director of its Southern California/Arizona Region.
Brodecky brings more than 20 years of experience to Lee Hecht Harrison’s West Coast leadership team in the areas of organization and leadership development, change management, and business development. Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, she was an Associate Partner with Accenture, where she led their Southern California Change Management practice, with a specialty in implementing large-scale global transformation initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.

She has worked across a number of different industries, including technology (with companies like Sun Microsystems, Toshiba, and Applied Materials), healthcare (with companies like Stanford University Hospital, Cigna, and Saint Joseph Health System) and others including Gap Inc., Mazda Motor of America and ConAgra.
