Leave of Absence Analyst
The Leave of Absence (LOA) Analyst serves as a key liaison between employees, management, and key stakeholders. This role provides comprehensive support for all aspects of leave administration, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The LOA Analyst facilitates end-to-end management of leave cases, delivers support to employees, and maintains accurate records for reporting and compliance purposes. The LOA Analyst will report to the HR, Associate Director, Leave & Disability.

· Serves as the subject matter expert for the leave of absence process in alignment and under the general direction and guidance of HR leadership.
· Administers, tracks, and determines eligibility for all aspects of leaves including but not limited to Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL), and/or ADA reasonable accommodation.
· Delivers exceptional customer service to employees by addressing concerns promptly, resolving conflicts, and using sound judgment to manage escalated issues.
· Provides employees and supervisors/managers with clear information on available leave types, verifying qualifications and eligibility as needed.
· Offers guidance on leave of absence processes, ensuring employees understand their rights and entitlements. Supports employees and managers through all stages of the leave cycle by explaining policies, addressing inquiries, and providing timely follow-ups.
· Maintains accurate and compliant case records for all assigned leave requests, adhering to federal, state and company regulations.
This role is Hybrid - One day in Office in DTLA
Shift- Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay: $28-30/hr. DOE

Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
