WOODCLIFF LAKE, NEW JERSEY, January 29, 2014 – Employees report that social technologies are enhancing the way they work together by improving communication and collaboration, according to an online survey by talent mobility consulting firm Lee Hecht Harrison.
Social tools help companies unlock the potential of their workforce by allowing workers to more easily and transparently share ideas, knowledge, and experience.
In November 2013 Lee Hecht Harrison surveyed 340 workers throughout the U.S. via an online poll asking, “What has been the most positive impact of social technologies in the workplace?” The results were as follows:
