The pandemic is taking its toll on our mental and physical health. Our new research revealed that 38 percent of the world’s working people were suffering from burnout over the last 12 months, and 32 percent said their mental health had declined as a result.

We’re faced with a leadership dilemma: leaders are not only burned out themselves, but they also don’t know how to help others. The research suggests managers don’t know how to broach the subject of wellbeing or have the right skills to recognise problems like burnout.
