LHH Australia, is pleased to announce that we’ve recently achieved ISO 9001: 2015 certification for our Redeployment and Career Transition services. This includes services delivered or managed by our Australian offices including Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Perth.
At LHH it is important to us that both our customers and clients are satisfied with the service(s) that they receive knowing that we are working to standards and procedures that will ensure a high standard of customer service including timely delivery.
Achievement of this globally recognised standard and the implementation of an effective and robust ISO 9001 Quality Management System is a key milestone and a testament to our commitment to putting our customers first - guaranteeing consistent solution and service quality through process efficiency, risk management and ongoing reporting and assessment.
