In her role as Senior Vice President Global Sales Els manages our strategic partnerships with industry leaders across multiple industries.

Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Els has worked with clients across several industries, in business development and strategic account management roles, with leading companies such as McKinney Rogers, WGSN and more recently TNT.
Born in Belgium Els currently resides in The Netherlands with her husband and two sons with whom she shares her passion for traveling and nature. Els' language skills include English, French, Dutch and Flemish.
As Operations Coordinator of Lee Hecht Harrison (Antwerp Office), Gilke is part of the operations team and is in contact with candidates and consultants. She scheduled the intake sessions between candidates and consultants so that they can have a quick start of their outplacement programme.
Outplacement was a logic career step and a nice added value to Gilke's career, bearing her HR and recruiting background in mind. Gilke likes being in contact with people and finds it enriching to support them administratively. She brings a positive message to candidates and tries to give them the feeling that they are not alone.
In her role as “Operations Director", Nathalie serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts across various industries. This way, she ensures clients derive maximum value from our services.
Prior to joining LHH, Nathalie has always worked in the market research industry with clients across FMCG and Telecom. In the past 12 years she held various positions at Nielsen (Global Market Leader) and Haystack (Pioneer in Multisensory Research Consultancy) and was able to build solid expertise in Account Management, Research, Project Management, People, Operations, Finance & General Management.
In her private life, Nathalie is passionate about spending time with her family (husband and 2 young kids), dining with friends & travel.
Her language skills include English, French and Flemish.

Since July 2013 I am part of the Lee Hecht Harrison Team and you can find me in our LHH office in Antwerp.
As a Customer Relationship Coordinator and in close cooperation with our Regional Director, most of my engagement goes to the commercial aspect (of A-Z) within the organization. By combining our creative minds, we create the best solutions for our customers, so that our candidates receive the programs that best meet their objectives. I am pleased that we can help people grow in both their professional and private lives.
In daily life, in addition to LHH, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and I am a member of several friend groups, a team member of the Thai restaurant in Antwerp, a diligent student during sewing classes and especially a lover of life!
Wim started working as a Senior Consultant with LHH in September 2001. Since then he has been coaching candidates with different professional backgrounds, but mainly candidates with a longer, sometimes international, management experience. The main reason for this is that Wim, spent the first 20 years of his career in the FMCG industry and has held various management functions, both nationally and internationally.
His passion has always been with "people" and that is his motivation in the current job too.
He supports the candidates instead of sending them in a specific direction. He believes that the candidates themselves are the leader of their ‘own project’ and as a consultant he knows how to stimulate them in order to bring out the best out of themselves.
This is the basis on which we then determine the strategy for the search for a new challenge.
