In her role as Senior Vice President Global Sales Els manages our strategic partnerships with industry leaders across multiple industries.
In close collaboration with her clients, and together with the wider account team, she coordinates the development & delivery of tailored made people programs. These programs are aimed at enabling our clients to build and maintain an agile & engaged workforce; as such positioning them to identify and capture all opportunities in a fluctuating market.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Els has worked with clients across several industries, in business development and strategic account management roles, with leading companies such as McKinney Rogers, WGSN and more recently TNT.
Born in Belgium Els currently resides in The Netherlands with her husband and two sons with whom she shares her passion for traveling and nature. Els' language skills include English, French, Dutch and Flemish.
Pamela Arapi joined in June 2017 the Lee Hecht Harrison team as a Business Development Manager for Brussels, Flemish Brabant and Wallonia. She is responsible for building trusting partnerships with clients by listening to their needs and adding value by seeking out the best available solutions.
Prior to joining Lee Hecht Harrison, Pamela worked as HR consultant at Randstad Group and as Corporate Recruiter at Unit4 Business Software. She is passionate about contributing to improve people’s lives and solving the challenges of today’s workforce transformation.
Pamela holds a Master in Germanic Languages and Literature (English - Dutch) and a Master in Education and Teaching from the Free University of Brussels.
In her role as “Operations Director", Nathalie serves as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts across various industries. In close co-operation with them, she identifies their needs and consults on best practices for workforce transformation solutions. This way, she ensures clients derive maximum value from our services.
Prior to joining LHH, Nathalie has always worked in the market research industry with clients across FMCG and Telecom. In the past 12 years she held various positions at Nielsen (Global Market Leader) and Haystack (Pioneer in Multisensory Research Consultancy) and was able to build solid expertise in Account Management, Research, Project Management, People, Operations, Finance & General Management.
In her private life, Nathalie is passionate about spending time with her family (husband and 2 young kids), dining with friends & travel.
Her language skills include English, French and Flemish.
