Kim Spurgeon

Senior Vice President, Sales

Kim Spurgeon is Senior Vice President of National Customer Excellence at LHH, responsible for setting the overall sales strategy, direction and execution of LHH’s growth plan in Canada.

 

As a member of the LHH senior leadership team, Kim brings over 20 years’ experience in Human Capital consulting.  Prior to the sales leadership role, Kim was responsible for finance, delivery and operational effectiveness of the Career Solutions business in the GTA and Western Canada. She is a certified coach, specializing in career management, coaching and transition.

 

Kim is a frequent presenter and authority on career management and engagement and has authored several articles and whitepapers.   She was a contributor to the Canadian Education and Research Institute for Counselling’s (CERIC) landmark publication Career Development Practice in Canada: Perspectives, Principles and Professionalism, released in January 2014.   Kim was a member of the team that developed the successful frameworks for leaders and employees that has been delivered to numerous national and international customers.

 

Kim’s extensive business and consulting background allow her to effectively translate goals and objectives into cost-effective solutions and to execute plans to drive desired outcomes and achieve organizational success.

Margo Hoyt

Managing Director, Senior Vice President Talent & Leadership Development

Margo is SVP/MD Talent & Leadership Development with LHH. She joined LHH in 2010.

 

Margo has been consulting to leaders and organizations for more than 30 years. Her focus is on partnering with organizations undergoing transformation. She frequently works with executive and senior level teams to enhance their effectiveness and deal with challenging dynamics. She is also passionate about orchestrating complex leadership development strategies to shift organizational cultures and realize new levels of performance.

 

Margo has worked with small to large-scale organizations in the private, not-for-profit, public and para-public sectors. Her private sector experience spans telecommunications, financial services, energy, and pharmaceutical. She ahs worked in the public sector at the Federal (department, agencies, and crown corporations), provincial, and municipal levels, both in and outside of the National Capital Region.

 

Margo is an experienced facilitator, speaker and consultant in leadership and organizational development. She is passionate about orchestrating complex leadership development strategies to shift organizational cultures and realize new levels of performance.
