Jack Penaligon to Head Health Care Practice at LHH Knightsbridge

TORONTO, March 12, 2021 - Jack Penaligon has been named Partner and Practice Lead for LHH Knightsbridge’s growing Health Care practice. An LHH Knightsbridge veteran of 15 years, Jack focuses on executive-level searches in health care and the broader public sectors. 

As a senior search executive with a proven track record, Jack has successfully developed governance frameworks and leadership teams for many clients. Well-recognized and respected, he is a dedicated search consultant, who combines a sense of urgency and creative solutions to address recruitment challenges and understands the changing environment affecting Canada’s health care sector. HIs experience spans the full spectrum of the industry, including hospitals, charities and foundations. 

Having served on several Boards, including Cystic Fibrosis Canada, CNIB Ontario division and the Dorothy Ley Hospice, and as a consultant on governance, Jack is well-versed in recruiting for Boards. He is passionate about recruiting transformative leaders as organizations move toward post-COVID-19 recovery and growth.

Jack will be joining the focused Health Care team, including members of the firm’s Executive Search, Recruitment Solutions, Executive Interim Management and Board Advisory teams, each of whom brings diverse sector expertise and strong consulting and client relationships.

Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Jack was a Search Practice Leader at another large global search firm. Earlier in his career, Jack was a senior health care executive in both the private and not-for-profit sectors, including serving as a Hospital President and CEO.

He has a post graduate degree in health administration and a B.A. (psychology) from the University of Toronto. Jack holds a C.H.E. designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
