You will lead the process engineering team in charge of the overall process design and conceptualization of equipment for injection molding, coating, soldering, and related tasks involved in the production of sensor antennas for the automotive sector.
Your profile:
- Educational Background: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics or similar
- Leadership & Vision: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams, coupled with a strategic mindset to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Process Engineering Expertise: A deep understanding of process engineering with a focus on optimizing manufacturing processes and sourcing high-performance equipment, particularly in the realm of automotive injection molding.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive knowledge of Lean Management principles, statistical process control, and value chain optimization, combined with a strong grasp of digitalization and automation technologies.
- Language & Cultural Skills: Fluent in German and English
Your responsibilities:
- Team Leadership
- Process and Equipment Design (high-performance automotive sensor antennas).
- R&D Collaboration: Partner closely with the R&D department to align process development with the latest technological advancements, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the industry.
- Technical Specification & Supplier Qualification: Develop comprehensive technical specifications and play a key role in the qualification of suppliers, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
- Machine Acceptance & Implementation: Provide strategic and technical oversight during machine acceptance, ensuring seamless integration into production workflows.
- Audit & Compliance: Lead the auditing process to maintain strict adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements, safeguarding our reputation for quality.
- Project Management: Drive the successful execution of assigned projects, from initial planning through to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
