We are looking for a Head of Retail for a prestigious company located in Saint-Imier.
For this position you must speak English and French.
We are seeking an exceptional leader with a deep passion for luxury watches to define and execute our international retail strategy for a leading luxury watches brand. As the Head of Retail Development, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to influence the global distribution landscape of our brand and spread the exclusive charm of our timepieces worldwide.
In this role, your main tasks are the follwing :
o Develop and implement a top-tier retail strategy for international markets to maximize sales growth and market penetration of our luxury watches
o Lead an international team of retail managers to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets on a global scale
o Identify with the local Brand Manager market opportunities and develop expansion plans in new international markets, considering culture, trends, and competition, group and brand strategy
o Build and maintain relationships with select retail partners and distributors to strengthen our brand presence and maximize sales opportunities worldwide
o Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to effectively measure the success of the global retail strategy
o Analize KPI, Headcounts needs and propose actions
o Develop with Marketing international a retail strategy in term of activations of the boutiques especially after the openings
o Follow up with the Boutiques on the retail operation strategy in term of security procedures, how to merchandise, sell, present, etc.
o Prepare and follow up all Corporate Boutique and SIS future projects through the SG guideline for the retail committee with LNR and CER
o Monitor the RMIS information
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
Several years of experience in international retail, preferably in the luxury watches industry
Proven track record in developing and implementing retail strategies and building and leading international teams
Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills to build and maintain effective relationships with retail partners
Analytical mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions
