For our TOP industrial client from Zurich, we are looking for Commissioning and Service Engineer or Technician (m/w/d) to start as soon as possible or upon agreement.
Your responsibilities:
Installation and Commissioning:
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of power electronics and energy storage systems at client sites.
- Ensure systems are installed according to specifications and operational requirements.
Technical Support:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients, addressing issues related to system performance, functionality, and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems promptly to minimize downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintenance and Repair:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repair services on power electronics and energy storage systems.
- Perform diagnostic tests and fault finding to identify and rectify issues.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including maintenance logs, service reports, and customer communications.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, engineering, and product development teams to provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Your profile:
- Previous work experience in a service engineering role or commissioning, preferably in power electronics or energy storage systems or HIGH POWER SYSTEMS or GRID APPLICATIONS or Power Distribution or similar
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of power electronics equipment and energy storage systems
- Technical knowledge of power electronics, inverters, converters, and energy storage technologies.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
