About the role

LHH is hiring a Technical Sourcer with a focus on creating an exceptional candidate experience. As a Technical Sourcer you will take ownership of supporting the branch’s recruiting efforts by sourcing and identifying qualified IT candidates, building a pipeline of these candidates by skill set and updating the necessary databases to ensure all of the required information is obtained and updated. 

We are looking for a dynamic self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide support to Key Account Manager on tasks related to the full life-cycle recruitment process, focusing on enabling the team to effectively meet expectations, and ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates. Your main task:

• Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly in the branch
• Identify potential candidates that can be proactively marketed to strategic accounts
•  Use creative tools and resources to uncover and engage with the best untapped talent in the world, learn about their aspirations and interests, and help them connect with roles, teams and opportunities with our clients in Switzerland
• Take a data driven approach to generating pipeline of candidates
• Build relationships with strong talent in the marketplace, communicate professionally, and leverage strategic thinking to run a successful search process
• Partner with recruiters and key account managers to generate ideas, leverage resources, and share information that facilitates an effective and innovative sourcing strategy according to assigned timelines

About you

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years experience sourcing for different technical roles (preferably in a Sourcer role hiring for technical roles and/or Cloud)
• Experience in technology industry and/or research/sourcing experience in an executive search firm or corporate environment with an emphasis on individualized candidate experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and with applicant tracking systems: LinkedIn Recruiter
• Able to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines.
• Able to maintain a basic comprehension of and compliance with local laws, rules and regulations in Switzerland.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Languages: Fluent in English. German or French – nice to have
