We are looking for a Project Manager Aerospace and Defense for one of our clients based in Western Switzerland. If you are ready to take on a new challenge, this offer is for you!


Your Responsibilities:



  • Supervise technical, administrative and financial activities as part of project management for satellites, payloads, launcher, and ground equipment.
  • Support the preparation of proposals by costing and planning of future projects.
  • In charge of internal reporting (quality/costs/deadline).
  • Coordinate design, FEM analysis, product assurance, quality, purchasing, subcontracting, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and shipping to clients.
  • Decisive role in relationship with clients and internal coordination.

Your Profile:



  • Master's degree in mechanical, aero-space, or structural engineering.
  • Strong technical culture, preferably with early-career experience in CAD design, FEM analysis and manufacturing/testing.
  • Understand clients’ needs and influence the design and its optimization to meet quality/cost/deadline objectives.
  • Experience in writing technical and administrative documentation.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in space engineering, if possible in an equivalent position.
  • You demonstrate great autonomy, initiative and efficiency in achieving objectives by optimizing the resources.
  • You have a perfect command of the MS-Office pack software and you are familiar with ERP programs.
  • Periodically bring together your multidisciplinary teams to stimulate and converge towards project’s objectives.
  • You are fluent (written and spoken) in English and French is highly desirable.
  • You are able to travel in Switzerland and abroad (around 20 % of your time).
