We are seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to join dynamic team. The Project Leader will be responsible for managing and overseeing the development of power electronic devices and components from conception through to production (MVHV). This role requires a strong technical background in power electronics, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.


Your responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage projects related to energy storage inverters, drive frequency converters, and linear motor systems.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources, both internal and external, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as they arise.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and report on progress to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team and contribute to the overall improvement of product development processes.


Your profile:



  • Education background in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or a related field
  • BESS projects with >300kW and up to 5MWh 
  • Proven experience in project management within the power electronics industry, preferably with a focus on energy storage inverters, frequency converters, or similar products.
  • Strong technical expertise in power electronics, including design principles, components, and systems integration.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory requirements applicable to power electronic devices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and concisely.
