Sales Representative Medical Devices Class III - Implant German speaking part of Switzerland


Missions :


  • Build and maintain relationships with clients (hospitals and clinics)
  • Negotiation of long-term contracts.
  • Take a broader organizational view of account management, with a focus on patient pathways optimization and market development.
  • Identify and execute sales opportunities.
  • Technical advice to customers on the use and benefits of products
  • Achieve agreed targets on sales and market share growth.
  • Work closely with diverse functions to meet customer demand.


Profile :



  • Minimum a Bachelor’s degree – equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated track record with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical devices Class III Implant Orthopedic, trauma or Spine
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Advanced presentation and negotiation skills
