For one of our clients a banking company, in Geneva, we are recruiting for a long-term mission an IT Onsite Support Analyst who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Responsibilities :


As a IT Onsite Support Analyst you deliver first line support for users worldwide (VIP and Trading Room). You manage all requests and incidents and you manage work orders assigned to the team. You configure, install and support desktops, screens, desk phones and laptops. Moreover, you configure, install and support corporate iPhone device. You are also in charge of hardware management and you manage user's equipment moves. You provide and retrieve temporary loan equipment. You are the local support printer (monitoring and coordination of external support intervention). You manage repair's activities in relation with external suppliers and you track software's assets (compliance licensing).


Profile:


  • Bachelor in IT
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in Helpdesk L1 (customer support, PC Support)
  • Experience with VIP
  • Good knowledge in LAN
  • Good knowledge in CMDB
  • Good knowledge in hardware
  • Banking industry a plus
  • French and English
