We are looking for one of our client, a private bank based in Geneva, a Securities Data Specialist F/M

Responsibilites :

• Managing the initiation and modification of financial instruments.
• Receiving requests for instrument openings from various business units, including Private Banking, Asset Management, and Treasury & Trading.
• Conducting analysis and research on supplementary information such as prospectuses, offering documents, term sheets, and data providers.
• Inputting new instruments into the Central Instrument Database, either through manual entry or automated processes from providers.
• Regularly updating and verifying data within the Instruments Database.
• Updating prices and Net Asset Values (NAV) manually or via automated feeds from providers.
• Implementing controls to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Monitoring price changes and amendments to ensure consistency.
