Your profile:

• At least 15 years of hands-on Project Management experience, ideally in industrial manufacturing setting.
• Education background in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• You are a natural team builder with a track record of fostering strong, collaborative teams. If this is your first leadership role, you have the potential and passion to grow into it.
• Fluency in German and English
• You have got experience with Contract Management (both Customer and Supplier) and understand the intricacies of managing risks in a project setting.
