Selon notre étude sur la Responsabilité générale des dirigeants, 72 % des entreprises reconnaissent que la responsabilisation des dirigeants est une problématique essentielle de l'entreprise, et cependant seules 37 % sont satisfaites du niveau de responsabilité de leurs propres dirigeants.

Alex Vincent is Vice President, Leadership Transformation with Lee Hecht Harrison.

Alex’s focus is on helping maximize individual, team and organizational performance. He is an experienced facilitator and consultant in the area of leadership development focusing on personal leadership, team coaching, and the execution of organizational strategy. He excels in helping clients realize their leadership potential by developing team synergies through group facilitation and establishing clear direction and focus to driving results. His exceptional communication abilities combined with his creativity have allowed him to develop and deliver workshops on coaching for results, leading cultural change, and strategic leadership.

Alex has worked with organizations in a variety of sectors — including telecommunications, engineering, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial, professional services, and public sector.

Alex completed his Ph.D. in Psychology at the University of Toronto and went on to complete post-doctoral studies in the Human Performance Laboratory at York University. He is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, as well as a previous faculty member in the department of Psychology at the John Molson School of Business, Concordia University.
