In this role, you will shape next-generation solutions for the building envelope — from energy-efficient windows and sliding doors to advanced façade systems — and guide them from idea to market launch.

Your Impact

• Drive innovation: Lead and contribute to the development of new and improved products for the building envelope
• Engineer smart solutions: Design technical concepts and constructions for both new builds and renovations
• Test and validate: Build prototypes and conduct trials in the in-house laboratory
• Bring ideas to life: Manage the handover into series production and ensure seamless documentation for engineering, production, and sales
• Collaborate and connect: Work across internal teams and with external suppliers and partners to deliver top-quality results

What You Bring

• Degree in metal, façade, or timber construction, or equivalent technical training
• Several years of experience in product development and/or project management
• Strong background in the building sector or related technical field (wood, glass, or aluminum)
• Good German and English
• Confident in AutoCAD (2D/3D), D365, Look 3E, MS Office, and collaboration tools
