HR Administration and payroll specialist
For a temporary mission (at least 6 months), our client is looking for HR Administration and Controlling specialist at 50% or 60%.
Our client is based in Geneva.
HR Administration
Invoice management (reporting, coordination with finance and validation)
Go-to contact for payroll related questions from employees
Cross-boarders checks
Holidays monitoring: quarterly reports for managers and employees
Overtime monitoring: preparation reports for HRBPs
Overtime monitoring
HR Data: respond on ad hoc request of staff list, headcount, statistics, …
HR invoice management: creation PO, relationship with the vendors, tracking…
Workday pending approvals checks
Offboarding: calculation holiday balances
Payroll
End-to-end payroll management: from preparing data for the provider to post-payroll processes
Accrual reporting to Finance
Tax-at-source reporting to Finance
Monthly financial forecasting
HR controlling: tax-at-source, pension contributions, and social insurance
Support with audit-related requests
Skills
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in payroll administration within an international environment
Solid understanding of payroll processes, including taxation, social security, and pension schemes
Knowledge of labor law and the impact of taxation and social security on employment costs
Proficient in HR reporting (e.g., headcount, payroll costs, turnover)
Fluent in English; proficiency in French or German is an asset
Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis
Strong organizational abilities
Analytical mindset with a high level of accuracy and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
