Are you an organized and proactive professional looking for an exciting opportunity in Workplace Management & Service Solutions? We are seeking a Workplace Management Practitioner/Office Manager to join our client's team in Zurich.

Your Role:

  • As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless workplace experience by managing:
  • Front Office & Reception Services
  • Space & Service Coordination (AV, Catering, Cleanliness)
  • Invoice & Supplier Management
  • Safety & Compliance

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Outlook & Reservation Software skills (preferably from the hotel industry)
  • Fluent in German & English
  • Commercial & analytical mindset
  • Enthusiastic team player with a structured and solution-oriented approach
  • 100% Onsite Work in Zurich
