Our client, a mid-sized market leader and one of the top three players worldwide in the development and manufacture of customized, prefabricated reinforcements and reinforcement systems, is expanding its team. High reputation on quality and engineering excellence.

Now, they are looking for a Principal Product manager (m/w/d) experienced in product design who is eager to bring expertise and passion to projects that make a lasting impact.

Work pensum: 100% (unlimited employment contract)

💡 Your Role

• Transform structural requirements into smart, practical reinforcement designs.
• Develop detailed technical drawings and calculations for prefabricated reinforcement solutions.
• Partner with clients, architects, and project teams to deliver tailor-made solutions.
• Support project managers and production teams with your engineering know-how.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, engineering standards, and best practices.
• Be part of a forward-thinking team continuously improving design processes and systems.

🎯 What You Bring

• Degree in Civil Engineering (essential).
• Solid experience in structural or civil engineering design; experience with reinforcement systems or prefabricated construction is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and construction practices.
• Skilled in CAD software and structural design tools.
• A problem-solver with an eye for details.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent German (spoken & written) – a must.
• Good English would be an advantage.
