We are looking for a Project Manager (m/w/d) who combines technical know-how with customer focus – someone who enjoys taking responsibility, leading projects end-to-end, and building bridges between engineering, supply chain, and customers.

What You Bring

• Technical background (electronics, electrical engineering, or injection-molded part design).
• Experience in product development or project management, ideally in the MEM industry.
• Strong ERP skills and the ability to navigate complex processes.
• Fluent English. German should be conversational level.
• A structured, solution-oriented, and customer-focused way of working.

Your Key Responsibilities

As Project Manager – Customer Solutions, you will:

• Lead projects from A–Z: Take ownership of customer projects, ensuring smooth execution from initial inquiry to final handover.
• Develop smart solutions: Assess feasibility, create concepts, and prepare tailor-made proposals that win customers’ trust.
• Bridge between departments: Work with engineering to define product specifications, with supply chain to clarify prices and availability, and with sales to keep customers informed.
• Drive project success: Conduct kick-offs, risk assessments, and milestone reviews while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Stay in control: Monitor project progress in ERP systems, coordinate external engineering and labs, and ensure all documents are complete and accurate.
• Be the customer’s trusted partner: Provide clear technical guidance and proactive communication that ensures long-term satisfaction.
