Our client is a leading construction manufacturing company, delivering high-quality, pre-engineered components and turnkey solutions across the DACH region. With a strong focus on technical innovation and operational excellence, they are seeking a Project Manager (m/w/d) to manage the coordination and execution of projects from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of construction manufacturing projects
- Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from design through execution
- Review technical drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with relevant standards
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align on project goals
- Support documentation, cost tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure on-time, in-budget delivery
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Provide technical input for proposals and customer consultations
Your Profile:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 3+ years of experience in project engineering or technical project management, ideally in construction or manufacturing
- Strong technical understanding of construction processes and standards
- Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential
- English skills for internal communication and documentation
- Proficiency with CAD, project planning tools, and MS Office
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region
