UX Researcher (III)

We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher in Zurich to lead moderately complex research projects with minimal oversight. You will apply qualitative and/or quantitative methods to uncover insights that directly influence product strategy and decision-making. You’ll communicate findings clearly, collaborate across teams, and contribute to advancing UX research practices. As a trusted expert, you may lead specific initiatives or areas within the team.

What you'll do:

In this role you will be a strategic and user-centric Researcher to lead and execute research initiatives that inform and shape product and business decisions. This role is pivotal in driving inclusive, insight-driven innovation across products and services by deeply understanding user needs, behaviors, and industry trends.
