As the Senior Vice President, Career Transition Practice Leader for Lee Hecht Harrison, Greg is responsible for developing, disseminating and monitoring the direction of career transition services for the world’s largest career services firm. This includes identifying and articulating global trends while assisting in the development and implementation of the short and long term global strategy of the organization. 

Greg’s participation on the senior management team at LHH helps drive the development of delivery methodologies, productivity models and communication strategies concerning the organization’s strategic vision, values, ethics and culture. His additional responsibilities include the oversight of all client interface applications including the design of various tools and implementation within field locations, both US and internationally.

Amanda's background is in finance where she has 16 years’ experience managing departments across EMEA. Always working closely with the business to fully understand the operational model and services offered, which has allowed her to be collaborative across the organization. With this experience it has enabled her to generate enhanced ROI for both LHH and its clients our clients.

Amanda loves being a true business partner to LHH's teams across Europe and greatly value working with clients and colleagues to ensure best in class solutions.

As a result she's continuously inspired by the workforce transformations LHH's clients go through and challenge herself to ensure that LHH's services are constantly adapted to meet the ever changing landscape.

In her spare time, you will most likely find Amanda taking her son to the local city farm. As well as sharing her finance experience by helping small companies and charities.

Irene Azevedoh is Director of Career Transition and Change Management practices for Brazil and Latin America, Coach and Career Consultant at LHH. She is specialist in Coaching projects focused on the development of executives in transformation environments, helping them to lead changes and to decrease the uncertainty that impacts the businesses results. She had outstanding projects in Professional Coaching, Talent Development and Selection by Competencies  areas in organizations such as T-Systems, Algar Telecom, among others.

Irene holds Coaching certifications from La Hupe Institute – IBM Belgium, from Lee Hecht Harrison, from EcoSocial Institute and from Integral Coaching of Canada.

She also holds a specialization in Manufacturing Operations (FGV-SP) and a Degree  in Administration (UFERJ).

As an executive, Irene acted in companies such as IBM, Ticket and KPMG.

As a Chartered Psychologist registered in the UK and Australia, Lorraine has almost 15 years’ experience across talent management and organisational development.

Lorraine is an accredited team and executive coach, with training in conflict management and resilience building. She is an experienced trainer and facilitator, with technical expertise across a wide range of assessment methodologies and tools. With extensive experience in leadership development, best practice selection, and evaluation, Lorraine offers a unique blend of knowledge and skills for application at the organisational, team, and individual level.

Focused on harnessing diverse talent and achieving business success both internally and for clients, Lorraine is passionate about inclusion, strengths based careers building and the application of science to achieving transformational business outcomes.
