Branch Manager – Retail Banking

A leading financial institution is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations in Dubai. The role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while managing branch performance and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day branch operations in line with bank policies and UAE regulatory requirements

• Drive sales performance across retail banking products including deposits, lending, and wealth solutions

• Develop and execute local business plans to achieve revenue, growth, and service targets

• Manage, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance and engagement

• Ensure full compliance with Central Bank of UAE regulations, internal controls, and risk policies

• Oversee customer experience, complaint resolution, and service quality standards

• Monitor branch financials, operational risks, and audit requirements

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and local business partners

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related field

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in retail or commercial banking, with proven branch management experience

• Strong knowledge of UAE banking regulations and compliance frameworks

• Demonstrated success in sales leadership, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth

• Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills

• Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making capabilities

• Arabic and English proficiency preferred
