Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Construction & Rental Operations

.We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead a diversified group operating in construction, tents manufacturing, and mobile halls rental. This is a top executive role reporting to the Board of Directors and Group CEO, offering a unique opportunity to drive strategy, operational excellence, and growth across multiple jurisdictions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15–20+ years of senior leadership experience in construction/EPC or asset-heavy rental operations, preferably in multi-country or multi-entity organizations.
• Deep knowledge of construction contracts, project delivery, risk management, and rental business economics.
• Proven ability to operate decisively in high-risk, high-accountability environments.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

.Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute long-term strategic plans across construction and rental business lines.
• Oversee major construction projects, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
• Manage lifecycle and operational efficiency of assets for temporary installations and events.
• Lead HSE, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all operations.
• Maintain financial and commercial accountability, including P&L, budgeting, and capital allocation.
• Build and mentor a high-performing executive team, fostering strong leadership and succession planning.
• Serve as the principal executive liaison with clients, regulators, insurers, banks, and key stakeholders.
