Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A large, diversified organization with complex, asset-intensive operations is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead enterprise-wide financial strategy, governance, and performance.

Reporting to the Board of Directors and Group CEO, the CFO will hold full accountability for financial integrity, liquidity, risk management, and long-term value creation across multi-entity operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute group-level financial strategy aligned with growth and capital plans

• Maintain full oversight of P&L, cash flow, working capital, and capital structure

• Lead board reporting, audit, risk, and statutory compliance frameworks

• Oversee project and operational finance, including cost control, WIP, and margin management

• Manage banking relationships, funding, guarantees, insurance, and financial risk exposure

• Drive ERP maturity, financial controls, and data-driven decision making

Profile

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience in complex, project-based or asset-heavy environments

• Strong board-level reporting, governance, and risk management capability

• Proven ability to manage funding, liquidity, and large-scale capital programs

• Strategic yet hands-on leader with high integrity and executive presence

Location & Travel

• Head-office based with periodic regional and international travel
