About our client: 
Our client is a leading house brand name within the technology sector. They are mid-sized but solid in structure and have a very reputable footprint across the GCC region. They attract a lot of strong talent from within the travel technology space and tech in aviation. However, they are a diversified company.

About the Role: 
As the Senior HRBP, you will be working very closely with the CEO and GM. You will need strong senior stakeholder management and ensure they see you as someone who can be trusted with all matters pertaining to people and culture management. You will work with department heads and will need to adapt quickly in gaining an understanding in their different business departments and from there being able to evaluable their needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Strategic Partnership - Drive action plans, scale people's programs
  • HR Operations - Ensure flawless execution of HR policies, compliance requirements, and documentation. Drive data accuracy, in HRIS, end-to-end employee life cycle. 
  • Onboarding & Offboarding & Integration - Designing and delivery of process and execution. Partner with stakeholders to ensure there are 30-60-90-day plans 
  • Performance Management - Coach managers on delivering feedback, manage performance management cycles and track and document the right metrics to keep track and action on.
