Job description

·        Reporting into the Head of Quality, the main tasks and responsibilities can be summarized as:

·        Lead and develop the quality assurance team and be responsible for quality assurance across the entire production process, from product development to delivery.

·        Ensure compliance with quality standards and norms and monitor their implementation.

·        Implementation and optimization quality processes in the company. Moderation of quality workshops using systematic problem-solving processes.

·        Internal and external audits and ensure documentation. Monitoring of quality data.

·        Close collaboration with production and engineering to identify quality problems at an early stage and develop solutions.

·        Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent professional education.

·        Several years of professional experience working as quality assurance manager in a machinery company.

·        At least a few years of experience in leading teams

·        Fluent German is a must. Proficient English is a must.

·        We are looking for a person with a solution-oriented mindset and excellent analytical and organisational skills.
