  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, supporting their ongoing development
  • Play a part in the strategic growth of the team both locally and nationally
About you

You will ideally have:
  • Qualification as a solicitor in England and Wales or an equivalent qualification
  • 2+ years' PQE
  • Strong experience advising on non-contentious construction matters and related project work
  • A good understanding of standard industry forms and construction contracts
  • Experience in the energy or infrastructure sectors, which would be advantageous, though not essential
  • The ability to work with a good degree of autonomy and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills
  • A commercial and client focused mindset, with the ability to build lasting relationships
  • Experience mentoring, supervising or supporting junior colleagues
  • The ambition to contribute as a key member of a growing and successful team
Candidates who may not meet every requirement are still encouraged to apply.
