Banking & Finance Solicitor (Associate / Senior Associate) | Leading Firm | Birmingham

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly respected Banking & Finance team in Birmingham.

You will advise banks, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance and refinancing matters.

The role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to work on complex transactions within a collaborative and ambitious team.

You Will Have:

· 3+ years' PQE in Banking & Finance

· Strong technical and drafting skills

· Experience managing transactions and client relationships

· A commercial and proactive approach
