Commercial Litigation Solicitor (Associate / Senior Associate) | Birmingham

A leading law firm is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate to join its highly regarded Commercial Litigation team.

The successful candidate will advise businesses, directors, shareholders and individuals on a broad range of disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder claims, professional negligence, fraud, injunctions and business protection matter.

You will work closely with experienced partners on complex and high-value litigation while enjoying significant responsibility and client exposure.

Requirements:

· 3+ years' PQE in Commercial Litigation

· Strong litigation and dispute resolution experience

· Excellent communication and client management skills

· Commercial and strategic approach
