Commercial Property Senior Associate - Manchester
An established and well-regarded law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Senior Associate to strengthen its Manchester real estate practice.
The team acts for developers, investors, landlords, occupiers and public sector bodies on a diverse range of commercial property matters across the North West and nationally.
The Role
- Handling a varied caseload including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, development work and property finance support
- Taking a leading role on complex transactions with a good degree of autonomy
- Liaising directly with clients, agents and other professionals
- Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of client relationships
- Supervising and developing junior members of the team
About You
- Circa 5+ years PQE in commercial property, ideally with development and investment experience
- A strong technical background and confident, pragmatic drafting style
- Proven ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
- An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to team growth
