Construction Associate

We are currently working with a leading, nationally recognised law firm that is seeking to recruit a talented Construction Associate to join its high-performing Birmingham team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a top-tier practice with an exceptional reputation in the construction space, acting on behalf of major developers, contractors, funders, and blue-chip clients.

The Role

You will advise on a wide range of high-quality construction matters, including:

• Drafting and negotiating construction contracts (JCT/NEC)
• Advising on development projects across a variety of sectors
• Contentious and non-contentious construction work (depending on preference)
• Supporting on complex, high-value disputes and adjudications
• Working closely with real estate and corporate teams on large-scale projects

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (ideally 2+ PQE, though all levels will be considered)
• Strong experience in construction law (contentious, non-contentious, or mixed)
• Commercially minded with excellent technical skills
• A proactive and collaborative approach
• Ambition to develop within a leading practice
