Construction Solicitor (Associate / Senior Associate) | Birmingham

A leading law firm is seeking a Construction Associate or Senior Associate to join its expanding Birmingham team.

The role will involve advising developers, contractors, consultants, funders and corporate clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious construction matters.

You will work on construction contracts, project documentation, risk management, dispute avoidance and complex construction disputes across a range of sectors.

The Ideal Candidate:

· 3+ years' PQE in Construction law

· Experience in contentious, non-contentious or mixed practice

· Strong technical and commercial awareness

· Excellent client relationship skills
