Court of Protection Solicitor - Birmingham

We are currently working with a highly regarded law firm in Birmingham seeking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its well-established and growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist practice recognised for its high-quality work and compassionate, client-focused approach.

The Role

You will handle a varied and rewarding caseload, providing advice on a wide range of Court of Protection matters, including:

• Deputyship applications and ongoing deputyship management
• Property and financial affairs matters
• Supporting vulnerable clients and their families
• Advising on capacity issues
• Working closely with professional deputies, case managers, and other stakeholders

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of the team and play a key role in delivering excellent client service.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (ideally 1+ PQE, although all levels will be considered)
• Experience in Court of Protection and/or private client work
• A compassionate and client-focused approach
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
