Employment Senior Associate - Manchester
An ambitious and progressive law firm is seeking an Employment Senior Associate to join its Manchester team.
The team provides both contentious and non-contentious employment advice to a broad client base, ranging from SMEs to large national and international organisations across a range of sectors.
The Role
- Advising on a mix of contentious and advisory employment matters, including tribunal litigation, TUPE, restructuring and senior exits
- Supporting clients on complex HR issues and strategic workforce matters
- Managing your own caseload with a high degree of autonomy
- Supervising and developing junior lawyers within the team
- Contributing to business development and client relationship management
About You
- Circa 5+ years PQE in employment law, with strong tribunal and advisory experience
- Excellent technical knowledge combined with a commercial, practical approach
- Confident managing client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
- A collaborative team player with strong communication skills
