Employment Solicitor (Associate / Senior Associate) | Leading National Law Firm | Birmingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Employment team in Birmingham.

Working alongside recognised experts in the field, you will advise a broad range of employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including tribunal litigation, disciplinary and grievance issues, restructures, redundancies, executive exits and strategic HR projects.

The team acts for a diverse client base ranging from national businesses and owner-managed companies to major cooperates across a variety of sectors.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years PQE in Employment law
• Strong respondent employment experience
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach
