LHH is supporting a client in the search for an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of new people systems across a complex, multi-site organisation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project professional with experience delivering HR, payroll, workforce or HRIS systems projects. You will play a key role in leading the end-to-end implementation process, working closely with HR, IT, Finance and operational stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of new people systems from initiation through to go-live and post-implementation review

Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, dependencies and budgets

Manage governance, reporting progress, risks and issues to senior stakeholders

Coordinate internal teams and external implementation partners to ensure successful delivery

Gather, document and analyse business requirements from a range of stakeholders

Undertake current and future-state process mapping across HR, payroll, workforce planning and employee lifecycle processes

Translate operational requirements into clear system specifications

Support data migration, system configuration and integration activities

Manage user acceptance testing, issue resolution and system sign-off

Support change management, communications, training and user adoption

Establish post-implementation governance and continuous improvement processes
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Proven experience delivering HR systems, payroll systems or people systems implementations

Strong project management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder projects

Demonstrable business analysis and process mapping skills

Experience working with HRIS, ATS, LMS or workforce systems
-
Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Excellent organisation and time management skills
-
Experience working within a multi-site or national organisation

Ability to work on-site in East Sussex 2-3 days per week

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the location
