A leading national law firm is seeking a Legal Director to join its expanding Employment team in Bristol. This is a strategic hire within a rapidly growing practice that has exceeded its growth objectives and continues to invest in senior talent across the business.

The Team
The Employment team acts for major organisations across Financial Services, Health and Social Care, Insurance, Real Estate, and Government & Public Sector sectors. The team is recognised for handling complex contentious, advisory and cross-border matters and is consistently ranked amongst the leading Employment practices nationally.
The Role
Your work will include:
* Leading complex contentious and advisory Employment matters * Advising key clients on strategic workforce and business-critical issues * Managing and developing significant client relationships
* Supporting cross-office and multi-jurisdictional projects * Supervising and mentoring lawyers across multiple levels * Driving business development and growth initiatives * Contributing to the strategic development of the wider Employment practice

About You
* 8+ years' PQE in Employment Law * Strong technical expertise across contentious and advisory Employment work * Established client relationship management experience * Commercially minded with strong business development capability * Experience supervising and developing lawyers * Ambition to contribute to team growth and future leadership * Comfortable operating within a collaborative national environment
