Our client, a well-established law firm in London with a focus on private wealth matters, is seeking to add a junior associate to their private property group in London. The Team

The Property team advises a broad client base on a wide range of residential and rural property matters. Its work includes acquisitions and disposals, property management issues, development projects, landlord and tenant matters, and strategic advice relating to land ownership and investment.

The team regularly works alongside colleagues in other practice areas to provide clients with coordinated legal advice where transactions involve tax, private client, corporate, or planning considerations.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for an Associate to join the Property team, advising on a varied caseload of residential property matters alongside work involving rural and estate property.

The successful candidate will assist clients with property acquisitions and disposals, development and investment matters, and a range of general property issues. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, direct client contact, and the opportunity to work as part of a collaborative team on a broad mix of transactions.

This position is well suited to a solicitor looking to develop their technical expertise, build strong client relationships, and progress their career within a respected property practice.

Key Skills and Experience

Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (NQ-3 years' PQE)

Experience advising on residential property transactions

Sound understanding of property law and conveyancing principles

Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage client relationships with confidence and professionalism
