Product Manager - Beauty & Grooming

We're looking for a Product Manager to drive growth across key beauty and grooming categories, including make-up, men's, and seasonal launches. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping brand activity, delivering standout campaigns, and inspiring a small team member to thrive.
What you'll do

Lead product launches and category plans, bringing global strategies to life in the UK market.

Partner with agencies and internal teams to deliver innovative, high-impact campaigns across digital, media, and retail.

Analyse category and competitor performance, using insights to shape strategy and ensure commercial success.

Collaborate cross-functionally (digital, PR, supply chain, sales, training) to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Manage budgets and forecasts, ensuring campaigns are executed on time and on target.

Coach and inspire an Assistant Product Manager, encouraging creativity and growth.
What we're looking for

5-6 years' experience in brand or product marketing, ideally within beauty, FMCG, or retail.

A strong mix of commercial acumen and creative flair-comfortable with P&Ls as well as campaign storytelling.

Experience working with agencies across media and creative.

Excellent communicator and confident presenter, able to influence at all levels.

A proactive, flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
