A leading law firm is seeking an ambitious Property Litigation Associate or Senior Associate to join its growing Birmingham team.

You will advise a broad range of commercial clients, developers, investors, landlords and tenants on a varied caseload including lease disputes, dilapidations, forfeiture, possession claims, development disputes, easements, restrictive covenants and rights of light matters.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value matters within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years' PQE in Property Litigation
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience managing client relationships
• Commercial and solutions-focused approach
