A prestigious law firm is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate into its thriving Real Estate Finance team.
The successful candidate will advise lenders, borrowers, investors and developers on a wide range of real estate finance transactions, including investment financings, development finance, refinancing and portfolio transactions.
This role offers exposure to sophisticated transactions alongside market-leading partners and a strong pipeline of work.
Requirements:
- 3+ years' PQE in Real Estate Finance, Banking or Commercial Property
- Strong transactional experience
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ambitious and commercially aware
